		<description>These are really good asanas to strengthen the mind and body. I especially like the Ardha Chakrasana.
After practicing for a week, i feel that my spine has become stronger and i am able to sit for longer hours at work.</description>

		<description>I do these stretches and the "Salute to the Sun" moves first thing in the morning and it is a great way to start the day in a positive frame of mind and with toned muscles.</description>
